I test before and after meals e.g. breakfast, lunch, dinner.Hi I've been told by my docs that I have to check my blood sugars 3 times a day type 2 diabetic is this normal as would told type 2 don't normally due that.
Weetabix are poison to T2 diabetics as they are full of carbs. This morning before my breakfast it was 7.6
I had 2 weetabix with soya milk an sweetner it then shot upto 12.5 after two hours
Bacon, eggs, mushrooms are among my favourites for breakfast as they are low carb. Please any advice what I can have for breakfast as it seems no matter what I'm eating its bringing my blood sugars up
Any advice greatly recieved

There's a LOT of information out there, but this is everything I wish someone'd told me right from the get-go, so hopefully it'll be of some use.Hi I've been told by my docs that I have to check my blood sugars 3 times a day type 2 diabetic is this normal as would told type 2 don't normally due that.
