I'm going through a poorish patch at the moment and started counting both carbs and cals. It shook me that although I was doing great on low carbs, the calories were started to rise.I wish I could forget calories exist I am hopeless at portion control always been a big water so I am really worried if I forget calories I will be going up instead of down have already put 1 kilogramme told today I will leave chocolate drink alone now.
