I live in hotel Tuesday to Friday with no fridge or cooking facilities. Any suggestions on what I can eat on LCD.

Can you eat out for your evening meal?
For breakfast, many supermarkets sell ready prepared things like hard boild eggs, ham, cheeses, etc. you can also buy breakfast out and leave the bread if you choose.

Breakfasts in most hotels are easy - bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes. Just avoid the toast. Alternatively there may be cold meats and cheese on offer.
