Ha ha thanks I knew I'd get there I'm not the type to give up just need a little advice to work out where I was going wrong and it was my lantus I've dropped it by 10 units because when my levels were high I thought it was that not holding it when it was my novorapid not being high enough so no more low levels and for now I'm sorted until this diabetes decides to change the game again lol thanks again everyone
