hi all hope your all good today! ihave the munchys really bad today nothing i eat is taking it away!! help couse i m starting to eat the wrong stuff!!! :? not got much in but anyone any idea what i can eat to take it off!!!

Get out of the house, go for a drive, a walk or into town window shopping but dont take any money with you! That way you cant buy something to eat.

Plan your evening meal and look forward to that rather than think about snacking.

Do anything that will occupy your mind, when your busy you dont get hungry.

Clean the house or car, do some gardening, clear out the garage/shed/cupboard, go to a library and read a book.

Theres a few suggestions

Try a mint, they are supposed to help with cravings.

or if you are hungry, try some sort of soup maybe?

I know how you feel, someone here at work mentioned KFC & their gravy earlier today :x and now I know i just wont be satisfied until i have some hot wings and gravy BUT i cant just have them and move on as i'm only on day 6 off a 14 day diet (which doesnt seem to be working so i feel as though i may as well just give up anyway) :x :x

Really?? I thought they were basically breath-freshening sugar lumps.

Eat some fat or some protein - or some fatty protein - that'll get rid of the hunger pangs.

yes - they do sell sugar free mints - i heard that if you have a craving for something, having a mint or brushing your teeth helps get rid of it. I've tried brushing my teeth before and if i remember rightly, that did work.

Try cleaning your teeth this trick is used in weight watchers and slimming world ...
Yep it DOES work too :D Honest!
Plus a great post and ideas up there from sid - get active to avoid the munchies!
