Am happy to be in the group. Kindly help which herbs can help diabetics type 2s. Have used black jack and it helps. Not sure if it has any side effects
 
Hello @ginaglad and welcome to the forum.
Type 2 diabetes is an inability to deal with the starch and sugar in the foods we eat, so it is unlikely that a herb can help in controlling it.
There are various medications to treat the symptoms, but simply eating fewer carbohydrates is the method which works well for many people.
