Not that you know of.Thankfully none of my neighbours saw my bum haha
Whoops! At least you can laugh about itWow you are putting me to shame . I have been moving but not more than 3miles/day or wandering around work inspecting .
Did about 5 miles today .
I came home , made a cuppa , sat down to drink and I have no idea how but I dropped it , burnt my bum , stood up , stripped off my trousers etc while hubby ran and got a cloth so his beloved new floor was ok . Thankfully none of my neighbours saw my bum haha
Whoops! At least you can laugh about itI had my usual walk to and from my mums, made more interesting by it chucking it down!
Just a short 40 min walk today.
Then feet up most of the rest of the day. Think I overdid it last few days. Can't seem to get balance right. Yet.
Another 40 min walk. Clocked up two thirds of my steps target for the day.
A boring walk through suburban streets. Managed to do it without stopping, because there was nothing of interest to observe today.
No, I doubt it. Most I have ever managed was 11,000. Usually around 5,000 is target. Walking not really my thing, but have come a long way since my wheelchair days a few years ago. That's great Pipp. I bet you easily do 10,000 steps just about each and every day!

It's amazing how much difference just a little extra activity makes, my mum is proof of that. She makes the effort to go out every day despite having arthritis in her back and down her left hand side and she is blind from retinopathy. It is fantastic to see her getting out and about with her walking stick and she has lost a total of 4 stone in the last 8 years. I wish you the best of luck reaching your fitness goal, I'll be thinking of youNo, I doubt it. Most I have ever managed was 11,000. Usually around 5,000 is target. Thanks for the encouragement though. Will find a way to fit in more activity.
