it isn't easy for any of us I don't think, we do it because we have to. I also agree fat can cause just as many cravings as carbs. I have to balance my meals and keep them on the small side. If I don't have enough (but not too many) veggies I get hungry. I cannot just eat fat, protein or fat and P without vegetables. I tend to eat moderate p with a reasonable amount of fat and a good handful of veggies. Too much food in general or not enough balance in meals makes me cravy .
