Hello all, hope you are all well. Just wondering if anyone can suggest a good book or app that will explain this diet please? I was diagnosed 2 years ago and only now realise I must do this diet.

It's co-authored by Ellen Davis, a nutritionist and creator of the website, and Keith Runyan, a Doctor who has Type 1 and manages his Diabetes using the Ketogenic Diet.

I've read the equivalent e-book for T1 and thought it was extremely good.
