Just checking in and saying hi and update.
Not been so active on forum in last 6 months as i have been some what busy with work and not really thinking too much about my condition beyond doing what I know works.
In any case, things going well, got my latest HBA1C back at 30, with reduced medicine and still eating my balanced diet I started with after diagnosis.
Still going to keep the 500mg of Metformin I'm on because I see no real harm in it and consultant was against me dropping it
