Hi all

Yes, sometimes I have bacon and eggs. Just wondered what people's thoughts were on this product and if anyone was using it. Apparently has half carbs of normal bread.
I've not tried it but I have tried the Asda low carb one, which is seeded too, and really nice once in a while. I think it has 9 carbs per slice and just to add ... the slices are 'true size' :)

OK.... might try that one out, as the livlife product is expensive and slices are about 3 inch square so pretty tiny! But it makes the scrambled eggs a little more enjoyable!
 
Thank you. I am trying very hard. Soon as the sickness goes I will b able to eat more sensibly. I just thought I had to eat something and wanted something I liked. I’m eating very few calories each day probably only 500 - 800. I am worrying this is not doing me any good either. I want to stop the metformin but it scares me seeing high numbers.
Hi I stopped mine after 9 days couldn’t cope I new I’d be ill off them because I had to take them for my gestational diabetes with my kids. So I stopped mind went low carb I eat eggs for breakfast salad for lunch with a fibre one protein bar or quavers then tea is meat and veg one small Yorkshire pudding or a fry up or gammon and eggs etc snacks nuts and jelly cheese straws with cheese etc I got my hbc1a from 54mm to 36mm in 3 months diet and exercise I’ve lost 3st 2lb I need to lose 1 more stone but then maintain that’s the scary bit lol I know I will never go back to my old ways I’m only 37. Every single day I think about it it tourchers me i don’t know if I’m classed as reversed my doctor hasn’t said just the receptionist said no further action normal 36mm x

Hi thank you. You seem to eat basically what I eat. I’m not a great meat eater but I’m getting by. I do eat quavers at work in my lunch break normally with ham or raspberries. You did amazing to get to 36. Well done. X.

Thank you it took about 2 weeks to get my numbers down after I stopped the metformin and there have never been higher than 7.8 since after 2 hours
