Hi & BMI Question

Supposedly one inch above your navel is the official measurement point.

Bone structure wise I am built like a rugby player (which indeed I was until my mid 20's). My BMI is in the high 25's but friends seem to think I am now too thin. Although I'm not noticably muscular, I'd look like a skeleton with a BMI of 24 as I'd have to lose muscle as well as fat to get there! Don't want to do that, I only just got my triceps and quads back.

I've got to that stage now as well.
I am starting to look too thin, I've gone down from 2XL to L top, mainly shoulders and chest, but M waist.. I have a target BMI of 25, which is still another 7 lbs away.

As of this morning my BMI is 25.52, lost some bodyfat this month but gained muscle which is fine by me. I'd like to hit BMI of 25 if I can but not at expense of lean muscle mass.

I'm actually surprised I didn't put weight on this last month considering xmas away from home, and very little cardio because of a chest infection. Did manage some light resistance stuff though, and I've restarted on the heavy lifts program again today, albeit with 20kg less on the bar than I was doing before Christmas.
