A watch does not measure blood sugar.

Those smart watches claiming they measure blood sugar are a scam.

The only ways to measure it are with a finger prick device or with a continuous glucose monitor.
I'm sorry, we all wish those watches were for real.

That sounds more like the time in AM/PM format than a BG measurement..
