I didn't bring my blood sugar monitor i am on holiday for 3 night s In Birmingham
A watch does not measure blood sugar.

My smart watch does
Those smart watches claiming they measure blood sugar are a scam.
The only ways to measure it are with a finger prick device or with a continuous glucose monitor.
I'm sorry, we all wish those watches were for real.

That sounds more like the time in AM/PM format than a BG measurement..
