Hi I’m julieclarke I’ve joined to find out more about T2 diabetes

I like everything! But there’s lots I can’t eat because it’s too many carbs. I like my above ground vegetables. I also like chicken & my favourite breakfast is scrambled eggs with smoked salmon & I like a couple of squares 95% Lindt chocolate as a treat
You mean 90% Lindt chocolate, surely. 2 squares with coffee after breakfast also my go-to.
I was tempted by a Ritter dark chocolate hazelnut bar because it was on offer. Disaster.

No the 95% - I’ve still got a supply of it ;) then it will be the 90%

Special chocolate for diabetic
Would be interested to know what sort of chocolate this is. What is the brand? Where do you buy it?
This info about chocolate and diabetes could be useful

I didn't know Lindt did 95% - at least not in UK. They do 85%, which I'll buy at a pinch, and I recall 100% - but not recently. Their 90% has considerably lower carb/sugar than say Waitrose own brand 90% and I find it quite tasty. Pricy these days, but not compared with Hotel Chocolat.
