I’ve signed up for the low carb programme. Does anyone know how long it’s takes for the information to be sent out? I’m keen to get going

Sarah, as I understand it, nothing is sent out. The programme is online.

Can you log into your account and see some content?
 
If you signed up and have a login name and password then you just login to the site - there are weekly videos, advice, the food diary, menu plans, and recipes online.
I never got anything through the post.
