Hi Mazzle. I guess you know your blood sugar is far too high and will be causing long-term damage. You must adjust your diet. That means keeping the carbs, not just sugar, down. Don't have smoothies unless they are vegetable ones as smoothies break down food cells and make any carbs more easily assimilated. Set yourself a daily carb total of perhaps, 150gm, and see how your blood sugar readings go and adjust the carbs accordingly. Do come back with any questions

Have a look at the green smoothies link in my signature.

They are fab. All the flavour of fruit smoothies, but with vegetables in there too. They don't send my blood glucose up too high, and they are delicious (you don't taste the veg, promise!)
