Hi am new to the Forum, am 54 and have just been told that I have diabetes type 2
last September I was told that I have an enlarged heart So since September I am
never away from hospital, doctors or going to see the nurse
I am not sure yet if I will have to take tablets or it will be controlled with diet
:D
 
Hope we can support & encourage you on the forum, Linda. I think you will find that the attention to the diet for diabetes will help with other problems.

:D it's what my dad used to call me when I was younger :lol:
