Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum. I've been diabetic for many years and had it pretty well under control with my diet and meds. I have been a bit lazy in recent years and my sugar levels are higher than they should be, so I am determined to get them under control! I'm veggie/ vegan so have begun to restrict "bad" carbs and upped my protein intake and my exercise routine. I walked my first 5k for Breast Cancer last month and raised £435 in the process! Hoping to learn a lot more from all of you guys!
