High Bg and colds

hi is any one else experienced a heavy blocked nose and phlegm with very high bg readings which seem to continue. Exercise has reduced it but then again at other times stayed high?

Yes!

For five days a week and a half ago, my fasting was above 6.1mmols (high for me) and I had to monitor it very carefully. I put myself on a very, very, very, very, low carb intake.

So glad I had my meter!

Just be careful of what you eat when you are susceptible. Especially feeling sorry for yourself.
 
Thanks for that, yes will monitor. Have my own monitor. Doctor recently told me did not have check good thing is do not feel sorry only completely bunged. Did an obas oil inhalation earlier, could only just smell it while my wife in the other was busy coughing with the fumes. At least it kept her nasal passage clear!
