High blood Sugars and what to do

Not sure if this is the right forum blood sugar before eating 13.4 2 hours after 15.4 really worried as blood sugar at random testing times are between 9.7 and 11.3 can't seem to control my blood sugar at the minute any help or advice
 
Oh hello. I grew up in Kendray, and still have family in the area.
There are a lot of type 2's here controlling Blood Glucose with diet - what sort of thing are you eating?
Is diet the only control you have, or are you on medication?
 
What are you doing to try and control it?
As well as medication it would be helpful to know about your diet. Food is the biggest controllable factor type 2 have.
