High Blood Sugars

Hi,
I have been having a lot of nausea, shaking, stomach pain and just plain feeling terrible. My blood sugars have been running high and then low. I am not sure if you can have the symptoms of low blood sugar even if your sugar is high?

Much ( MUCH) more info required ... are you a T1 or T2? When were you diagnosed? What medications are you taking? What are your (low and high) readings? What is your diet?

I'm an insulin user so experience the occasional hypo but those symptoms sound quite severe unlike what you would get with low bg levels, best that you get checked out by your Dr as it may be unrelated to your type 2 diabetes.

Hi. It sounds unlikely that this is directly connected with your diabetes so do see the doc. Very high blood suagr can give rise to some symptoms similar to low blood sugar but not stomach pain etc. Do seek medical help.
