Can anyone give me some advice I am years type and for the last weeks my count has been between [emoji6] and [emoji[emoji6]].
I have been to my local A&E as my GP wouldn’t see me! In A&E I was given bags of fluids and then sent on my way! With a reading of [emoji6].
How am I supposed to get my levels down and stop feeling lethargic and Shaky?
All advice greatly received.

For me, it was simply a case of reducing my intake of carbs, both sugar and starches raise blood glucose levels.
I got a meter and strips to test my blood glucose at the 2 hour point after eating and worked to lower that. It is the same principal of being able to use a sink with a blocked drain as long as you don't leave the taps running.
It looks as though there is some mismatch in systems as your message was full of indications of emojis and numbers, but I think I got the gist.
What sort of foods are on your menus?
