high doses of insulin

Hi used to be on high doses f insulin.60 units of novorapid 3xday. And levimir 40units 2xday. I started exercising and now im off it but im now ill with various symptoms cud this of been caused by high doses of insulin. Please help.

Hi mortigger, good to read you're exercising and reducing insulin but sorry I can't answer whether your illness is related. Ill can mean so many things and may or may not be diabetes related. I would go see your doc. Good luck. Mo

Could you explain a little bit more on what your trying to ask Mortigger. if the symptoms of your illness are caused by not taking enough insulin (high bg/ketones) then you need to speak with your HCP's asap.
