Have you ever had a problem with your blood glucose numbers going up really high?what would you like to know, i guess you have a basic idea as you are doing it, the keytone aspect? if you eat few enough carbs your body will stop using carbs/glucose for fuel and switch to using fat as an energy source, this is called ketogenic, you will need to have keytones for this to work properly, if your blood glucose is at a normal level??? then this is perfectly normal, i lchf but am pretty dumb as to the technical stuff so ill let someone with a brain go into the science if you would like to hear it?
