The current strips are 16 moths old! I will get to the chemist on Monday.It sounds like they need throwing and replacing. It would be interesting if you would let us know how you go on with some new strips.

7.2 this morning! Getting there!Update....After introducing far more fat into my diet and getting some new test strips my reading this morning is 8.4That is better! I have bought a diabetes diary from Amazon and Monday is my start day for regular testing. I appreciate the help and support that you have given me.
