High numbers

Have you perhaps a DSN/pump team telephone number can call? seems to be several times recently, would seriously be seeking some medical advice.
Going to see if I can get hold of diabetes team now
This is just absolutely wiping me with these numbers!! Feel rough

I might well need to be corrected by someone on a Medtronic pump as I am on tslim, but certainly with tslim you set a daily max for your insulin and naturally to avoid severe hypos you will have been advised to keep it quite low and it will be based on what your typical total daily was, not on bad days like you are having. This will affect how much correction your pump will give you, it will need to ensure you have enough insulin in your total to keep giving your basal until midnight when it resets.
Nobody taught me this but when I struggled with similar on tslim I increased my total and it made a massive difference. I have a good friend on Medtronic so I will have a look at her pump when I see her next but I'm sure others can confirm if you can do this on Medtronic.
It might be wise just confirm with your team you are doing this, I let my dsn know I had done it and she was more than happy as it brought me back into range.

I have ordered the ketone strips but not received them yet
wonder if your dr's surgery can give you a few or pop upto a&e and get some? ensure when get hold of diabetic team let them know if dont have any if stay high for a few hours :/

Thanks - unfortunately my numbers are just running high
I’m honestly not sure how I would go about this safely if you see what I mean?

So I got a call back from a pump nurse
We have adjusted my insulin to carb ratio, from 10 down to 9 & 8
Will see what happens with these changes
She said I was welcome to ring her Friday if still no improvement
So I am really glad I managed to speak with someone
