High reading of 181, 2 hours after meal..

I don't know where my latest post went but I got a reading of 105mg/dl after my extra Breakfast. I was sure happy to see that number again. I just have to eat more meats and maybe more more of everything else. No calorie counting for a time, take my metformin, lots of water. See how it goes, thanks all, really appreciate you taking the time to help me. When I get the hang of this, I can help someone else. I'm gaining some interesting experience. I did notice not one person said they experienced similar but I'm betting you're out there somewhere ;)

Cheese, cream, Greek yogurt, vegetables, high Cocoa chocolate, eggs, a small amount on tiny amounts of dressings/condiments, nuts, seeds, plus lots of carb free meats. 20g of carbs on a single juice drink simply isn’t justifiable to me when it’s the majority of my daily allowance.

I have all the above you listed except chocolate-anything because it can give me a migraine, and, the cream, but I do cream cheese ;) I honestly didn't see all the carbs in the 2 juices and that will just come as I learn to read every detail,

I believed you the first time, thank you,

One more question though, if the number stays the same (the wakeup number) then why would I have to test again before I eat breakfast? I don't eat for a few hours after I get up, I test, then I have coffee (2 cups/half chicory root so half decaf). Play on my computer, and eat about 9-10ish. So I'm asking to make sure that if I test on wakeup, with that number remain the same until I eat again?.

No. Why would it after 2 or 3 hours? And IMO, it was a poor decision by your "dietician" to suggest increasing the carbs to see "how you go". You're not a lab rat
