First time posting, Google just isn't clear on this.
Just had my results and my hba1c is down from 97 to 63 (big drop but not quite in range yet) but my triglycerides levels gone up to 20 (apparently supposed to be around 2)
Any tips on what foods good to lower triglycerides and blood sugar at the same time?

Thanks in advance

Had you eaten at some point before you had the blood taken..?

This is why I do all my bloods fasted these days. If you've eaten, your triglycerides can fly up, and that would obviously be reflected in the test.

Also well done on the drop. How did you achieve this though? Diet or medication etc? Cutting out carbs will drop both levels significantly but depending on what medications you might be on how the best way to go about this is

Oo just noticed your age and that you haven’t completed your profile. Are you type 1 or 2? Extremely relevant to the answers you’ll get as is the medication I asked about above.
