I am pleased with my progress and very grateful for everyone's support.slow & steady gets u there its a marathon and not a sprintinsulin resistance / average weight/bmi etc.

Not a fail.the struggle came at the cinema and I failed. Popcorn and chocolate, guessed on insulin dose, BG now quite high.
Much better yesterday, thankyou. Also going strong today. My only issue yesterday was I was taken to a pub which didn't have any nutritional information I could find and I didn't want to mess up again so I didn't eat. I was so hungry when I finally got back. I have the carbs and cals app but didn't even think to use it.how did you get on yesterday @philly1991 ?

Oddly it'll allow one picture but not another.whats the error message you receive? there is other sites which can use to upload images to and could post link to such as https://imgur.com/ if the attach files button is not functioning properly for you.
pretty sure your graph from just a couple of weeks ago compared to one from the last few days will be a tremendous improvement

It's been okay, yesterday breakfast and lunch went fine, I also had a walk after breakfast and went to a cafe. Cup of tea and cake at the cafe which I injected for. So all of that was good. Then later I had an Indian at a friends house which I didn't inject for. But I did correct later so not all bad. Today I have slept all day so I haven't eaten or had any insulin but my BG has been stable so that's okay.How's the weekend gone for you? -)
