I live in Spain and have found that the travel insurance offered on this site is only available for UK residents. des anyone know of one that is available for residence in the rest of Europe TIA.

try this site diabetes uk for advice on insurance theve got an adviser on insurance
 
You don't need to use a diabetes specialist ins company. They will all quote for a variety of medical conditions. I've just got a few on-line quotes and picked the most suitable.
