Back from my week at Center Parcs, my blood sugars have been good ranging from 5.0-6.5, so no real change from what I've been managing at home All the restaurant staff were brilliant accommodating my low carb wishes! At Las Iguanas the one I was worried about most, I picked Albondigas which are lamb and mint meatballs in spicey tomato and chilli sauce and prawns in a lemon, garlic and chilli sauce with a side salad. I gave away the ciabatta served with it! My sugar beforehand was 5.9 and after was 6.1!
