I brew both, but which one is better for me, being a diet controlled t2..i ask only because even though hb beer has more sugar, hb wine both red & white sends my bg level higher? Im due to make some more beer/wine soon and dont want to "do" myself any harm!!
After a few long weekends testing the relative pros & cons of home brew & home brew wine the results are...both make me feel good for a wile, but are possibly no good in relation to my diabetes, as my levels did rise. So now im " testing" the benifits of spirits. I am hoping the results are positive, as a weekend "without" is not a weekend
