Home Glucose tolerance test

Thanks @nosher8355 for the reassurance, but arr you speaking about my second test that I done today? I just thought it was a little on the high side.
No,not at all!
I just look at your numbers and wonder why you are so anxious?
I think you are fine and need not be worried.

8.4 would be indicative of pre diabetes, but that was at 1 hour.
I think it was more a confusion that led to me being worried.

Thanks nosher8355.

No it doesn't!
It is a number at the time that you got on a testing machine that could be 15% out!
It does not lead me to think you are even close to being diabetic!

I'm not diabetic, I would welcome that number at 1 hour!

You are seeing things that aren't there.

Ok mate, I understand you are going through a period, that you are anxious about getting diabetes.
The best way not to get diabetes is to eat and drink responsibly and vary your diet to include good protein, good fats and keep the bad carbs and sugars at a minimum.
Exercise and live your life mate!

If you worry, you worry yourself ill!
