Hot choc

Are there any suitable hot chocolates for us out there? This time of year it would be nice.

Options is low cal but is it low carb/sugar?

You can make your own easily. Milk (or milk mixed with cream), unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener.
My mum used to make it when I was little (in 80s in Poland we didn't have any fancy chocolate powders like nesquick)
Warm up the milk a bit, pour 1/3 of warm milk in a cup, add about 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, stir it well and pour back into the warm milk. Bring to boil. Remove from the heat and add sweetener. you can add a square or two of dark chocolate to make it richer
