Just a quick question. Would the current hot sticky weather explain why my BM is higher than it usually is? I havn't eaten any different and feel well so can't think of anything else.

Tested to find out and mine is 5.6 about 3 hours after eating (I am type 2 like you by the way) so the heat isn't affecting me (its hot in the house by the way).
I was 10.2 this morning. I am usually in the 7's first thing. I know in the grand scheme of things that isn't really high but it is for me.
Seems a bit unfair... I have lost 3 stone since feb and my bm is going in the wrong direction!
