How do I Setup the Signature Panel?

I see that many users have their meds and so on listed at the bottom of each reply.
How do I set that up?

If on the website (rather than the phone app), you should see your name and small profile pic in the top right, click on that bit and it will bring up the following options, click on the 'signature' text


If you're using the mobile app then I'm not sure but there will be somewhere to set your profile and signature

That's what I thought, but I cannot find it, (laptop user).
