I suppose the big debate is speed or distance and I'm reminded of a horizon programme that was on recently where the guy trained for a few minutes absolutely flat out because this has been shown to be better than long runs ... don't know how much relevance it has to me right enough but I do tend to favour intensity over duration (where possible)
