Well doneim having the opposite im losing weight i put it down to eating healthier used to eat loads of crisps and pies etc but only have them occasionally now it mad isnt it
If I ate any less I'd have no energy to move moreGenerally eat less, move more and also have less high calorie food.
My mother is 75 year old gym regular who only started about 10 years ago. She thoroughly enjoys her Tai Chi, yoga, swimming and water aerobics.I know the saying "you're never too old" but I think 64 is a bit much ofr a gym so I'm going to try and be creative.
i can eat anything as long as i bolus for it i have doner meat chips and salad once a week and dont get no spikes off that its mainly breakfast cereal that spikes me weetabix and porridge but if i fancy it i just have itI have the opposite problem, I can't put weight on, but then I wouldn't really expect to given what I can (sensibly) eat.
I don’t know why I didn’t say that. Lol. That’s my mantra.Low carb is an obvious choice BUT keep a check on how much protein you eat or you won't lose weight but can actually gain weight. Low Carb, moderate protein and fat seems to work for me. (type 1)
That's where I am at @SueJB , I'm definitely eating at a deficit and burning more calories that I am consuming during the day.
If this is my weight, then so be it, it's not as if i'm out of shape and i'm into my weight training so it suits me to an extent. Almost if I could at least stunt the weight gain at the very least.
Very afraid to up my calories again, although I do think I will need to slightly to maintain some sort of strength
I am type 1 and a personal trainer
If I ate any less I'd have no energy to move more
