I was never a high carber I except occasionally binging on them. Usual 100-200 carbs per day.
Since I have decided to take control back, I am not doing very low carb (20 to 50) but have not yet seen much improvement in my BS. They are around 6.2+ in morning and then stay in range of 6.2 - 8. Depending upon what I have eaten.
Anyone know what can I change to bring them down.
