How long does it take to make fat?

How long does it take for the body to turn an excess of carbs or calories into fat?

Also, how long for fat to be used when there is a deficit of calories or carbs or whatever?

lol Think so, even if you ask the professionals they have no idea.
 
No question is stupid Mike, well some maybe :lol:

But Ive no idea how long it takes to make fat as for the last 4 years Ive been working on removing it :thumbup:

I do know its easier to put on than remove but I dont suppose thats much help is it....
 
I heard about a guy who was on course once when the lecturer said that there is no such things as a stupid question.

A guy at the back of the room put up his hand and asked "Are these my trousers?"

The room fell about.


What was behind my question is that there does seem to be a delay between having a bad eating day and the weight appearing at my morning weigh. Sometimes.

Is this common? Uncommon?
