How many carbs per day/per meal do you have?

I think some pastas have a bit more egg in them.
Although I don't think it amounts to a significant difference in GI.

And it certainly doesn't make a difference to my BG.
 
I always thought that all pasta used the same recipe (or at least only differed with who was making it and whether it was for fresh or dried pasta.) and was just made into different shapes which is why I was blaming the sauces. It does confirm the need to test everything and not assume that the results will be the same because you think it is the same thing.
