no it does not i just wanted to know how much my blood would rise i eat the packet like 1hr:40mins ago

If you still have the packet, how many grams did it weigh? Then you can do the sums based on 58 grams carb per 100g of chocolate.

Have you tested yet? let us know what it waas.

Never mind!

if it was a tiny little packet you've probably eaten 15grams of carb; if it was a decent portion-size you've probably eaten 30 grams of carb; and if it was big youve eaten about 60 grams.

if you go to tesco online you could get the relavent info about the product.
Rule of thumb Check before you eat as you could have a reaction to something you might not know about. :D

yeah i tested and i am 10.2 which is proper weird cause normally am 18 at night even if i have had no sugar guess tonight is a lucky night :D
