Hi guys,
I am 27 and I currently have much weight I think. What do you recommend so I can lose weight fast?

Thank you!

Cut the carbs - avoid high starch foods such as grain and potato and sugary things such as fruit or fruit juice.
Eat meat, fish, cheese, eggs, full fat dairy, and low carb veges and berries.

Make the changes over some weeks though - as low carb is a very powerful method of lowering blood glucose and you might find it rather a shock to reduce your levels quickly. Once you become used to lower levels things should improve all round.

The beauty of low carb high fat, is that you are giving your body what we evolved to eat.
Base all your meals on non lean meat, eggs, cheese, above ground vegetables.
Use butter, lard and dripping to cook with.
IGNORE everything you ever learnt was healthy to eat.
Don't eat potatoes, bread, rice and pasta, or fruit, if you must have some, eat berries with lashings of cream.
Eat enough until you don't feel hunger, ignore calories, you will find yourself missing meals, as you just don't need them. This is when the weight loss really takes off. NO hunger as well. Due to missing meals, your calorie intake drops significantly, but due to dietary ketosis, your body supplements with body fat, so you don't realise.
If you find you have to snack, eat more at mealtimes so that that you don't need them.
DON'T eat anything that is not real food, if anything is added to make it, it's not real.
It does become expensive, as you WILL have to replace all your clothes.

LCHF diets will definitely help, though I've always felt "LCHF/low carb high fat" should be "low carb normal fat", as "high fat" in this context is basically just higher than all the low/reduced/light/lite fat offerings that we're now expected to treat and eat as normal.... But an even better suggestion I've seen is "low carb enough fat" as all we actually need to do is replace the reduced carbs with enough to supply our current energy needs - we definitely don't have to fill our faces with loads of extra fat! And if we want to lose some weight, eating a bit less fat means we'll also burn off some stored body fat for fuel - though initially with LCHF fluid loss can also contribute to weight loss.
