Hi there I am type 2 but I cannot understand blood test reading
It says I am 94 mmol, how do I convert that to my contour test ki

It's hard to understand your question as well, can you clarify what you are trying to convert and to what.

Otherwise it will be a guessing game as is.

Are you talking about your HbA1c blood test result? This is measured in mmol/mol This is an average over 3 months To convert to a percentage just google a conversion chart, I think yours is 10.8 Remember this is an average over 3 months

Your meter gives you readings in mmol/L or mg/dl depending where you bought it.
Your A1c, which is a 3 month average, converts to an average blood glucose of 14.5mmol/L
So your finger pricks on your home meter will likely to be in a range above & below that figure.

Good converter here
https://www.diabetes.co.uk/hba1c-units-converter.html

An average non-diabetic has am A1c of 32 & average blood glucose of 5.6mmol/L so lets get working on that.
Are you diagnosed long ?
Have you excess weight especially about your middle ?
Do you exercise ?
What's your diet like ?

For starters I'd start schooling up on low carb eating.
A lot of resources on here.

This might help with conversions - it's called the 50 shades chart.

top row, HbA1c in new numbers
2nd row, HbA1c in old numbers
3rd row - meter reading - mostly used in USA
4th row, meter reading - this is what my meter uses in UK
