How to fix: Incorrect BLG reading on FreeStyle Optium Neo

Hi I have 2 Freestyle Optium Neo monitors.. the first one is years old and suddenly I was getting low readings so I bought a 2nd one a couple of weeks ago.. Had coreect readings for about a week and it has gone back to low readings like the old monitor.. Both monitors read this morning: 1.4 & 1.9 I have another BGL monitor and my reading is correct 5.9.. is there something in the settings that I need to fix?

Are you using the same batch of testing strips for both optium neos? I'd be inclined to contact the manufacturer with your issues.

THANK YOU SO MUCH, I cannot believe I didn't check the expiry.. Aug 2013! so simple and I missed it! thanks.. (feeling quite silly ATM lol
