Anonymous Question How to keep warm feet cold?

I have been diabetic for 53 years I am now 94 and have Mody type diabetes.My question is my feet are always warm and I was told years ago that they should be kept cold?

Hello @Anonymous Question I haven't heard that feet should be kept cold, more so the opposite. I suffer cold hands and feet so would certainly like warmer feet

The only temperature related thing I've been told about feet is to watch out for extremes of temperature as 'diabetic feet' may be less sensitive to hot or cold and so could get injured by accident eg by stepping into a bath that was actually too hot.
