How worried would you be with these readings.......

Between 8 and 10 in the morning (pre breakfast)......and between 14 and 17 pre dinner
....and what would you do about it....

@Molly56 ..... you would know by now we can't offer opinions lest they be taken as gospel so you really should not ask us. Refer it if you're worried.

If they were my readings I would be worried and do something about it.
If they were someone else's I would let them worry, and let them do something about it, or not if that is their choice.

Personally I wouldn't be caring as I would have walked out a long time ago. But that's me.
 
That's alright then.
Worry & stress can cause high BGs in some people.
@Jaylee ...tested mine the other morning when I got up and was 5.4...I assume this falls within acceptable ranges for fasting non-diabetic...
