Huel

Hi,

I have T1D and recently diagnosed.

Due to my job I often struggle to get an ideal lunch so I wondered if I could use Huel in stead for those times I don’t have time to make lunch or forget.

Just wondered if anyone else uses Huel?

I had never heard of it, but I Googled and found that a vanilla Huel bar contains 37.1g carbohydrate per 100g weight. https://uk.huel.com/pages/nutritional-information-and-ingredients
