Diabetes, not having Jaffa Cake
After having problems with my insulin, it has been agreed that I can move from analog to human insulin

My prescription will be for

Humilin I. And Humulin S

I need to find out the profiles of how it should act so that I can program my Aviva expert meter so that I can ensure it calculates active insulin

I have done brief searches on google but not come up with much, does anyone n
Know the location of this information

Hi, although T2 I was put on Humulin I and Humulin S when first diagnosed and was using both for about a year, the short acting insulin I found I had to inject between 20 mins and 35 mins before eating to get the best from it.

I managed to find a pdf file which gives the profile for the Humulin I or night time insulin it is a page aimed at T2 diabetics but the profile will be the same.
